Dr. Ashlee Vandiver, Audiologist, joined L/A Hearing Center as the sole audiologist in September, 2012. Dr. Vandiver is a native of Androscoggin County, and grew up nearby in Turner. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Communication and Business from the University of Maine in Orono in 2008, and went on to attend Towson University in Towson, Maryland where she achieved her Clinical Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.). It was always Dr. Vandiver’s dream to return to Androscoggin County to bring current, best-practice hearing health care services to our community. Dr. Vandiver specializes in diagnostic audiology assessment for pediatrics and adults, as well as fitting, programming, and repairing of all makes and models of hearing aids. Dr. Vandiver is Board Certified in Audiology, holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and Maine Academy of Audiology.
Dr. Vandiver lives in Androscoggin County with her husband Wesley, who is a Marine, and infant son, Coleton. In her spare time, Dr. Vandiver enjoys spending time with family, reading, being outdoors and cheering on the Patriots!
