Michelle joined LA Hearing Center in 2017 as the practice receptionist. Michelle assists patients from the very first time they are in touch with our practice, and then throughout their hearing healthcare journey. A kind and friendly presence, she looks forward to welcoming you to our practice. Michelle has lived in Lewiston for 12 years and loves it! She has 2 cats and a dog and especially enjoys being outdoors during our glorious Maine fall.

Operations Support Specialist
Having a long held career as a human resource professional “Barb” brings a myriad of customer-focused experience to her role at the front desk. She enjoys helping patients with their scheduling needs and fielding inquiries that come via phone or the website. Barb also ‘rocks’ anything related to family, dogs, or cooking… come to her window for a smile or a sticker!
